I just tapped 1,296 Oms into my lower back pain. Here is how I did it:
1. I used a 108 Mala Bead Necklace to count.
2. For each bead, I chanted Om 12 times in rapid succession.
3. With each Om, I used my fingers and gently tapped on my lower chakra, mentally "tapping" Om, both the sound, the letters, and the symbol, into the center of my lower back.
After I was done, I mentally chanted and tapped Om into my heart center in the same way. Now, I am feeling a genuine humming...
Feels good.
