I breathe deeply and continuously, and imagine that I am behind myself, my luminous hands of Light upon my head, showering me with unconditional Love.
Regardless of all my mistakes, pains, traumas, addictions, dramas, emotions... I unconditionally Love myself with the Infinite Love that I am.
