90 Days of Aum/Om - starting now

After one week of Ommm...ing, I realize that there is much, much more to do. So here are the details of my new 90 day challenge:

1. I will chant Om/Aum over 12,000 times every single day. I will listen to my own recording of 3,888 Oms at least 4 times a day, listening and repeating Om with myself. I will listen to two rounds while I sleep, and at least 2 rounds while I am awake each day.

2. For at least 10 minutes a day, I will explore the relationship between the Primordial Om and the movement of my breath. I will breathe deeply and continuously, and drop the mental sound of OM on my outbreath. During these 10 minute periods, I will allow no pause between in and outbreaths. Breathing in this way as I type, I am exhilirated.

3. I will charge up OM WATER between two speakers of OM being toned, and drink at least a half a gallon a day.

4. I will blast thousands upon thousands of OMS through my mind, heart, and hands - and into The Universal Life Force Energy Exchange, and into the 108 Infinite Beingness Questions, and into the 36 Infinite Wealth Questions, for the highest and greatest good of all life on this planet. I will also blast Om into all my dreams, goals, and intentions as well.

5. I will practice the OM technique of meditation as taught by my Teacher and Friend, Paramahansa Yogananda, at least 10 minutes a day.

6. Of course, as I have done so for every day of 2009 so far, I will repeat, reflect, vibrate, and release the 108 Infinite Beingness Question into my mind, heart, body, and soul.

7. I will eat only raw blended vegetable juice, whole grains, fruit, and occasionally I will have small portions of delicious meals that my Goddess Wife, Christine, whoops up! I will practice genuine, dietery discipline.

8. I will strive to walk at leasst 18 miles a week, working up to running 20 miles a week.

I realize that, to truly contact the Om Sound, I need to do it persistently. After only a few days, I literally felt that Om was the Sound of Love washing through my whole body. This was so profound, that I want more.

Since that time, I caught a cold, and now, when I chant Om, it feels like I am just chanting the words. I still feel it, but I want more!! Much, Much more. I want All of OM!!!!!

Om-Voyage!!!!
