What started out as Chanting Om in every idle moment, and then Chanting Om for 2 minutes every hour, turned into an all out Oming blast! It turned out to be a challenge of how many times I could Om.
My biggest day this week was over 15, 552 Oms. Of course, in order to Om that many times, it has to be rapid Oms.
I just mentally chanted Om another 3,888 times, while I was laying down, and now I am deeply humming in the Om Vibration. It is truly beautiful.
After just a few days of doing this, I felt such a powerful Love gush and flood through my heart. It felt like the Universe was Loving me personally. It was such an emotional, beautiful, wonderful, heart-filled experience. I am blown away by this experience....
SO... I think I want to go another week... or even 30 days... or more.
I will think about it.
