I think that may, just maybe, the first sound that emanated from the primordial Ommm... was one big laugh!
I am finding myself laughing myself to tears. I am laughing at myself Omming. I am laughing at Christine look at me like I am a total nerd. Yesterday, it was hard for me to finish an hourly Omming session because I couldn't stop laughing.
I didn't realize that my sense of humor would be the first real benefit. But bring it on!
