Day 1 of Self-Love

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

Deep breath. I started this project today, this 7 day challenge, of reflecting, repeating, feeling, and vibrating the above Mantra in my mind for 7 straight days, in all idle moments of my mind and time.

Today I have pasted this Mantra on the inside of my mind, right in the center of my forehead, and I am repeating it continuously. I am realizing how deeply the need is, within me, for self-love.

In my life, I have graduated with honors from the Self-Hatred University. I spent my whole childhood and young adulthood hating myself, and for the past 8 years, I have worked hard at loving myself.

The above Self-Love Mantra is constantly being charged with Universal Life Force Energy, Light, Love, Bliss, and Joy.

Deep breath.

The first internal reaction is anger and a tendency to be over-sensitive to any type of criticism. Right now, I feel angry - its an anger that does not even seem to have a cause. I'm just pissed off.
In anger, happiness, smiles, tears, laughter - for this week, I am going to blast Infinite Love into my being.

On my long inhaling breath, I open my heart to the Infinite Love that I am.

On my long exhaling breath, I unconditionally Love myself with the Infinite Love that I am.

Even if I am angry.
