I am practicing toning and chanting Om. I have kept my mind on Om, and I have toned aloud the Sound of Om for two minutes every hour on the hour for the past several hours. It all feels really good to me.
Om, Om, Om, Om....
When I was just toning Om... I cupped my hands and imagined that within my hands, was me, toning the Sound of Om. I wrapped myself in the Energy, Light, and Love of Om.
It felt really wonderful.
Just so happens that in Karuna Reiki, the Master Symbol is Om.... I love Reiki, I love Om.
Om, Om, Om, Om...
