Day 3 - Self Love - Frozen Fear and Terror

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

With the Infinite Love that I am, I unconditionally Love myself.

~~

I put this Self-Love Mantra on a Collage of Sacred Reiki Symbols, and then put it under my pillow. For the past several nights, I have fallen asleep repeating this Mantra and have slept on it all night long WITH THE INTENTION THAT THE MANTRA WILL SOAK INTO MY UNCONSCIOUS MIND.

Last night, I had some dreams that really stirred up some deep terror and fear that I experienced as a child with a psychotic uncle. On the way to court today, I cried a lot and tapped on my acupressure points to release that fear. It is beginning to thaw, and right now I feel really raw and tender, like someone could just come up and poke me in the chest and it would hurt.

I feel like I am perpetually sending Universal Love into my mind and body by repeating and deeply reflecting this Mantra. It is really going deep.

Compassion begins with giving it to ourselves FIRST.

WOW. It's very powerful how you've been tackling your emotions head-on. Very inspirational. By having unconditional loving kindness for yourself, you are radiating it out to the world around you.
