My holographic breath

I believe that the human body/energy body is the most powerful, organic technology on the planet. As long as we believe in the body as the end-all-be-all of existence, as long as we believe that the body is "real" then we won't be able to access any of the potential of the human body/energy body.

In opening my breath with the intention of opening my cells, atoms, mind and heart - with the deeper intention of having my physical form blossom into transparency - then a whole host of new energies, technologies, and potentials will be released.

In combining the breath, imagination, love, and energy, then we can truly create miracles.

Here is my holographic breath:

1. Breathing in long and deep, I use the power of my creative imagination and I open my breath, and I open my cells, atoms, mind, and heart. It is like I am pulling the curtains of my cells and atoms open with each deep inhaling breath.

2. Breathing our long and smooth, I let-go into total relaxation, in one sweeping releasing. All tension of my body instantly drains away, and I follow the currents of that exhaling breath into and through the vibrations of my body and energy body, and ultimately into the state of effortless freedom and joy of my being.

3. I keep breathing deeply, consciously, and continuously, and keep practicing this opening, expanding, relaxing, and liberating breath.

Ultimately, my goal is to relax and rest in the infinite beingness of who I am.

From this state, we can create miracles of healing, abundance, balance, sustainability, kindness, compassion, and all kinds of cool stuff!
