Smiling, I breathe.
Smiling, I release the breath.
Smiling, I see my cells begin to flower open.
Smiling, I feel the universe unfold from within.
Smiling, I gently command that my body blossom open and
Reveal to me,
Its magnificent transparency, its joyous emptiness,
Its ecstatic non-existence.
Perhaps the sole mission of the human body is to surrender itself
To joy.
