Day 2

Another thing that I am doing for this one year period, is tapping on my acupressure points with my fingertips, while deeply making these statements:

I now tap with, as, and for all who are now, or will ever be contained within this Universal Life-Force Energy Exchange. I tap for their highest healing, joy, abundance, and good.

or...

I now communicate Universal, Unconditional Love into all who are, or will ever be contained within this Exchange.

Tapping on our acupressure points is called EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques. One aspect of EFT, is called "proxy" or "surrogate" tapping - where we tap on our points for the direct benefit of someone else.

What would happen if I tapped on my acupressure points for the direct and immediate benefit of thousands upon thousands of future beings who will soon be within the pages of this Exchange?

Wow. That is what I am going to find out.

I totally believe that I can use EFT to tap into the Quantum Field of Oneness, and use it as a powerful, activating prayer.

So for this next year, every few hours, I am going to be tapping on my acupressure points and doing so for the highest good of all contained within this Exchange.


My 12 Minutes for the day

I can say, this is my second day of this commitment, and I already feel like my heart is turning into clear, flowing water. My prayer, my endless, quantum prayer is to awaken my nonexistence in Love. Meaning: Realize that NOTHING IN THIS WORLD is real... that LOVE is all there is.

And to direct, send, transmit, communicate this Love through my luminous, transparent heart, body, and hands - for the benefit of all of life. Today, I again laid on my red sofa at my office in Grandview Missouri. I rested a printout of the front and back cover of this book on my chest, and I sent the unconditional Love into everyone will ever be within it.

Love is sent from now.

Love is received and felt now.

Now is the only time there is for Love to awaken.

Whenever anyone, at any point in time, places their name or photo or intention or prayer onto any page of this book, then the Love I just sent into this book, WILL BE RECEIVED BY THEM.

I am so deeply grateful for this opportunity to give Love. When my time comes to be released from this body, I know that, as I take my last breath, my overriding question will be:

What was the quality of my Love?

How well did I Love?

Did I step up to the plate and pour the Universe of Love within me into all of life?

I pray that I will disappear in Love, vanish completely, and that I will realize with the softest of smiles, that all there is, is Love.

And that we all are this Love. It's so beautiful. I have known this my whole life: LOVE. I am here to LOVE - to give it all - to receive it all.

May this next year bring me closer to that Great Disappearance into Love.
